The Department of Neurobiology brings together top faculty studying topics ranging from embryonic patterning, stem cells, and tissue development, through to neural connectivity, plasticity, and behavior to understand normal function as well as the underpinnings of disease.
Adjunct faculty from the departments of human genetics, pediatrics, neurology, visual sciences and ophthalmology contribute to the department’s medical and graduate training activities and collaborate with primary faculty in a range of projects.
